A Short and Efficient Novena of the Immaculate Conception

Every day, for nine consecutive days, present your request to Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception. Let her intercede, and give you the graces that you need in your daily life.
Each day you will say the following prayer until the end of the novena.

“O most pure Virgin Mary conceived without sin, from the very first instant, you were entirely immaculate. O glorious Mary full of grace, you are the mother of my God – the Queen of Angels and of men.
 I humbly venerate you as the chosen mother of my Savior, Jesus Christ.
The Prince of Peace and the Lord of Lords chose you for the singular grace and honor of being His beloved mother.
By the power of His Cross, He preserved you from all sin. Therefore, by His power and love,
I have hope and bold confidence in your prayers for my holiness and salvation.
I pray that your prayers will bring me to imitate your holiness and submission to Jesus and the Divine Will.”

Say one Hail Mary

“Now, Queen of Heaven, I beg you to beg my Savior to grant me these requests… (Mention your intentions)
My holy Mother, I know that you were obedient to the will of God.
In making this petition, I know that God’s will is more perfect than mine.
So, grant that I may receive God’s grace with humility as you did.
As my final request, I ask that you pray for me to increase in faith in our risen Lord;
I ask that you pray for me to increase in hope in our risen Lord;
I ask that you pray for me to increase in love for the risen Jesus! Amen”

Novena to the Immaculate Conception of St. Maximilian Kolbe on Hozana

The feast of the Immaculate Conception, just as other important liturgical feast days is prepared for by praying a novena. Day 2:  Who are you, the Immaculate
Day 3:  Daughter and Instrument of God
Day 4:  Oh Mother and Queen
Day 5:  Among Her Children
Day 6:  Consecration to the Immaculate
Day 7:  Totally Yours
Day 8:  In Communion and Solidarity with All
Day 9:  For the Coming of the Kingdom of the Most Sacred Heart

Prayer of the Novena - Prayer to Mary Immaculate by Pope Pius XII

“Enraptured by the splendor of thy heavenly beauty, and impelled by the anxieties of the world, we cast ourselves into thine arms, O Immaculate Mother of Jesus and our Mother, Mary, confident of finding in thy most loving heart appeasement of our ardent desires, and a safe harbor from the tempests which beset us on every side.
Though degraded by our faults and overwhelmed by infinite misery, we admire and praise the peerless richness of sublime gifts with which God has filled thee, above every other mere creature, from the first moment of thy conception until the day on which, after thine assumption into Heaven, He crowned thee Queen of the Universe.
O crystal fountain of faith, bathe our minds with the eternal truths! O fragrant Lily of all holiness, captivate our hearts with thy heavenly perfume! O Conqueress of evil and death, inspire in us a deep horror of sin, which makes the soul detestable to God and a slave of Hell!
O well-beloved of God, hear the ardent cry which rises up from every heart. Bend tenderly over our aching wounds. Convert the wicked, dry the tears of the afflicted and oppressed, comfort the poor and humble, quench hatreds, sweeten harshness, safeguard the flower of purity in youth, protect the holy Church, make all men feel the attraction of Christian goodness. In thy name, resounding harmoniously in Heaven, may they recognize that they are brothers and that the nations are members of one family, upon which may there shine forth the sun of a universal and sincere peace.
Receive, O most sweet Mother, our humble supplications, and above all obtain for us that, one day, happy with thee, we may repeat before thy throne that hymn which today is sung on earth around thine altars: Thou art all-beautiful, O Mary! Thou art the glory, thou art the joy, thou art the honor of our people! Amen."

Novena to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal

When the Virgin Mary appeared to St. Catherine Labouré, she taught her this supplication, “Oh Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to you”. Mary the Immaculate invites us to pray to her and receive the graces that she has to give us. We can pray to her with the Novena of the Miraculous Medal.

Novena to Our Lady of Lourdes

Another way of praying to Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception is to pray to Our Lady of Lourdes who presented herself to Bernadette Soubirous, in Lourdes, on March 25th 1858 as “I am the Immaculate Conception”! Lourdes is one of the most popular Marian shrines worldwide. Millions of people from all different religions come to visit Lourdes each year. Lourdes is a place of special graces. Come join us in prayer on Hozana with hundreds of others as we pray to Our Blessed Mother like Bernadette did!  You will invite Mary to dwell in your heart and receive her mercy and compassion.
