Our Lady gave us another Divine remedy: The Five First Saturdays Devotion.

One should on the first Saturday of five consecutive months (one can even do it on the 1st saturday of each month of the year to receive more graces for oneself and the world)

1.  Have the intention of consoling the Immaculate Heart in a spirit of reparation.

2. Go to the sacrament of Confession (within eight days before or after the first Saturday).

3. [Make a spiritual communion(*) if you don't have access to Mass, see prayer below]

4. Say five decades of the Holy Rosary.

Spiritual Communion (*):

My Jesus,
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.

In the July 1917, Fatima Apparition Our Lady said to the children:  

“You have seen hell where the souls of poor sinners go. In order to save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If you do what I tell you, many souls will be saved, there will be peace…If men do not cease offending God, another and more terrible war will break out …. In order to prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart and the Communion of reparation on the first Saturdays. If my wishes are fulfilled, Russia will be converted and there will be peace”

 On December 10, 1925, Our Lady did come again, as promised, with the Child Jesus. The Child Jesus spoke first saying:

Have compassion on the Heart of your Most Holy Mother covered with the thorns with which ungrateful men pierce it at every moment, and there is no one to remove them with an act of reparation. 

 Our Lady then said, My daughter, look at My Heart surrounded with the thorns with which ungrateful men pierce it at every moment by their blasphemies and ingratitude. You at least try to console me, and say that I promise to assist at the hour of death with all the graces necessary for salvation all those who on the first Saturday of five consecutive months, go to Confession and receive Holy Communion, recite five decades of the Rosary and keep me company for a quarter of an hour while meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary, with the intention of making reparation to me.

So in order to save souls and have peace reign in the world God has given us two remedies: the Rosary and devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.  Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary consists of the consecration of Russia to Our lady's Immaculate Heart, which was completed by St John Paul II and the Bishops around the world, but we have to do all we can to get the First Saturdays going to save souls and bring about peace in the hearts of people, society, and the world.

Try to confess your sins regularly. A meditation: " Jesus says: "Do not be afraid, I love you. Give me the joy to forgive you in the sacrament of confession/reconciliation. Ask my priest to guide you" ". 

For serious sins we all need (and so we recommend) to unburden ourselves in Confession as soon as possible.
