8. Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake
"Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." (Mt 5:10)

- Do I call to mind and pray for Christians suffering persecution around the world?
- Do I understand my religion too individualistically? Do I realise that God does not have favourites, but wills all men and women to come to the knowledge of the truth?
- Do ever I think of heaven and the life to come?
