In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Act of Contrition
O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell, but most of all because they offend You, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance and to amend my life.

Holy Mother my beloved, holy Mary,
who unties the “knots” that oppress your children,
reach out your merciful hands to me.
I give you today this “knot” (name it if possible...)
and every negative consequence
that it provokes in my life.
I give you this “knot” that torments me,
makes me unhappy and prevents me
from uniting myself with you and your Son Jesus the Saviour.
I turn to you, Mary, who unties knots
because I trust in you
and know that you have never disdained
a sinful child who pleads with you to help him.
I believe that you can untie these knots
because you are my Mother.
I know that you will do so because you love me with eternal love.
Thank you, my beloved Mother.
“Mary untier of knots,” pray for me.
Those who seek grace will find it in the hands of Mary.
