Invocation to the Holy Spirit: why and how?

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity. He is the gift Jesus gave us before ascending to his Father."And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate to be with you always, the Spirit of truth, which the world cannot accept, because it neither sees nor knows it. But you know it, because it remains with you, and will be in you." (John 14:16-17).

God's Spirit is with us, guiding us, enlightening us, consoling us, accompanying us throughout our lives. At the heart of our day, in the morning or before an activity, in the face of a difficulty, let's not hesitate to invoke the Holy Spirit. Let us be carried and invigorated by his breath, and let him transform our lives!

5 good reasons to invoke the Holy Spirit in my day

Invoke the Holy Spirit to give me strength and courage

The Holy Spirit is also called the Comforter, the Spirit of consolation.

In the face of difficulties we may encounter, be it the ordeal of illness or separation, or in the face of material difficulties, the Holy Spirit comes to strengthen us, anchor us in hope and help us move forward.
"When countless worries overwhelm me, you comfort me and comfort me" (Psalm 93 (94), 19).

Every morning, we can invite him into our day, entrusting him with what we're going to do, our work, and especially those tasks for which we may lack energy or enthusiasm.
