Child Safety
Child Protection Standards and Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Hozana – Christian prayer, published by the Hozana association, applies a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and, more broadly, toward any content that endangers minors.
Accordingly, it is strictly prohibited for any user on the Hozana sites and applications, hozana.org, Rosario, Virtus (including messaging, comments, prayer communities and any exchange space), to:
- Publish, share, transmit or solicit any sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, texts, links or implicit or explicit propositions.
- Solicit, encourage or facilitate any inappropriate contact with minors, particularly for sexual, romantic or grooming purposes.
- Threaten, intimidate or harass minors, or incite minors to share intimate or sensitive information or content.
Any content that may constitute a form of child sexual abuse or exploitation, or that may endanger minors, will be subject to immediate measures that may include, without limitation: removal of the content, suspension or closure of the account concerned, blocking access to the Service, and reporting to the competent authorities when required by law or when Hozana deems it necessary.
The Hozana association provides users with reporting mechanisms to quickly notify any content or behavior they consider contrary to these child protection standards:
- An abuse report button present on publications, comments, intentions, and internal messaging.
- A dedicated child safety contact, reachable at: equipe@hozana.org.
Reports are reviewed by the Hozana team, which endeavors to address any potentially illegal or dangerous content involving minors as quickly as possible and to apply appropriate measures.
Hozana is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations concerning child protection and the fight against child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and to cooperating with the competent authorities when required.
