I would like to share, with the community, a reflection on the image of our Lord Jesus knocking on the door, which I heard on a retreat, during a Reconciliation Service, almost 30 years ago.

Each Sunday of Advent each part of the reflection will encourage you to meet Christ Jesus in the manger at Christmas, reconciled with Him, through the Sacrament of Confession after pondering this beautiful reflection during the Season of Advent..

On week 3 you will be encouraged to participant in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, before the last Sunday of Advent (21/Dec) or Christmas week.

Lord, fill our hearts with your love, and as you revealed to us by an angel the coming of your Son as man, so lead us through his suffering and death to the glory of his resurrection, for he lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
