The Virgin of Guadalupe: A Beacon of Hope and Unity

Since her appearance to Saint Juan Diego in 1531, the Virgin of Guadalupe has been a powerful symbol of love, hope, and unity. Her message continues to inspire millions, offering protection and spiritual comfort to all who turn to her.

Preparing for the Jubilee 2025

This novena is a chance to prepare our hearts for the Jubilee 2025 under the theme "Pilgrims of Hope." It invites us to grow closer to Mary, who offers love, comfort, and strength in life's challenges.

The novena is part of the Guadalupan Intercontinental Novena, a nine-year journey (2022–2031) leading to the 500th anniversary of the Virgin's apparitions. It's a call to deepen faith, foster unity, and bring hope to the world.

From December 4 to 12, 2024, we'll participate in this stage of the preparation, featuring catechesis and pastoral reflections to guide us toward the Jubilee 2025—a global celebration of hope.

Virgin of Guadalupe, Mother of the true God who gives us life, and our Mother, At this moment of our history, lead us to the hope that only you know how to plant in our hearts. Just as Juan Diego rejoiced at seeing and hearing you, may we too, with simple hearts and childlike spirits, feel your love and protection. Make us missionary disciples, filled with hope, ready to bring the light of Christ to every corner of the world. Prepare our hearts to encounter your Son, Jesus Christ the Redeemer, who lives and reigns, transforming our lives, forever and ever.
