9 Days to walk together with St. Teresa of Jesus who will guide us along the path of her own experience to be able to pray to God as one would a friend, the God whom we know loves us.

  • talks about what she knows through her own experience, 
  • understands the problems of prayer: distractions, dryness… 
  • describes in a lively and engaging manner the different stages of prayer which lead to the Seventh Mansion, the summit of our relationship with God

Programme

Day 1. “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness".

Created for communion with God

Day 2. "“Here is your mother”.

The Virgin Mary leads us into union with God

Day 3. “Joseph was faithful to the law".

St. Joseph, our protector and teacher of prayer

Day 4. "‘You are my friends if you do what I command".

Prayer is a loving relationship with God

Day 5. “My  brothers are those who hear God's word and put it into practice"

Jesus gives Teresa the mission to be a founder

Day 6. "I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail".

Pray for priests

Day 7. ““For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost".

Pray for the salvation of sinners

Day 8. “If you love me, keep my commands".

Teresa's spiritual life reaches its summit in the life of the Trinity

Day 9. "I pray for those you have given me, for they are yours”.

Let nothing disturb you, Let nothing frighten you, All things are passing away: God never changes. Patience obtains all things Whoever has God lacks nothing; God alone suffices. Amen.
