1 - The irresistible prayer for grace
This prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, written by Saint Padre Pio, is said to be irresistible because it is based on three promises Jesus made to us:
"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." (Matthew 7:7).
"On that day you will not question me about anything. Amen, amen, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you.(John 16, 23).
"Amen, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have taken place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away." (Matthew 24, 34-35).

2 - Prayer to Saint Joseph to obtain a positive response in a housing search
"Glorious Saint Joseph, you watched over Jesus and Mary with such love that they always had a roof over their heads.
With them, you suffered from not being welcomed or housed at a time when you needed help. You have always trusted in the providence of the heavenly Father who entrusted the Holy Family to you, knowing that you would look after them, taking responsibility and doing whatever needed to be done.
We entrust to you all our efforts to find a home. We entrust to you in advance our relations with the people: may they be benevolent and may everything work out for the good of people and souls.
Thank you in advance for this place where you will be the first to welcome us with Jesus and Mary. In turn, we want to make it a blessed place where everyone will feel at ease and where the presence of the Holy Family will shine forth.
Thank you, Saint Joseph, for your help.
We want you to be honored here as you were by Mary and Jesus in Nazareth.
Amen"

3 - Prayers for a positive response to a competition or job interview
The patron saint of workers is Saint Joseph. We can pray to him in our job search, before a job interview. We can also pray to Saint Expedit, patron saint of students, before exams, competitions , internships or first jobs.
Prayer to Saint Joseph, patron saint of workers
"Saint Joseph, faithful foster father of the divine child, virginal husband of the mother of God, powerful protector of the Holy Church, I come to you to recommend myself to your special protection.
You have sought nothing in this world but the glory of God and the good of your neighbor. You gave your all to the Savior, and it was your joy to pray, to work, to sacrifice, to suffer and to die for him.
You were unknown in this world, yet known to Jesus, and his gaze rested with complacency on your simple life, hidden in him.
Saint Joseph, you have already helped so many men, I come to you with great confidence.
You see in God's light what I lack, you know my worries, my difficulties, my sorrows.
I commend my job search to your paternal care, and place it in your hands, which saved Jesus as a child.
But above all, implore for me the grace never to be separated from Jesus by mortal sin, to know and love him and his holy Mother more and more, and to live always in the presence of Jesus.re, to live always in the presence of God, to do everything for his glory and the good of souls, and to arrive one day at the blessed vision of God to praise him eternally with you.
Amen."

Prayer to Saint Expedit, patron saint of students
"O Saint Expedit, you who are the patron saint of schoolchildren and students, full of confidence in your faithful intercession, I come to ask you to obtain for me the grace to succeed in the examination I dread.
I think I've put all the effort into my studies that I'm capable of, but I also know that the good Lord alone grants all good things to those he loves.
That's why, Saint Expedit, I appeal to you for help, so that you may pray to the Lord for me, and that he may deign to be favorable to me.
May he also grant me the grace to serve him throughout my life with as much love as you served him.
Amen".
4 - Prayer to Saint Expedit for a favorable outcome to a conflict
"O Saint Expedit, you who for love of the Lord were martyred after an iniquitous trial, obtain for us that in charity and forgiveness of our adversaries, they may be enlightened as well as ourselves.so that, recognizing each other's errors and wrongs, and our vanquished self-love, we can put a peaceful end to this dispute which offends the Lord's infinite mercy, and for which we offer him the whole ordeal in total submission and humility.
O Mary, Queen of Peace, pray for us.
Saint Expedit, mediator of trials, pray for us."
5- Prayer to Saint Rita to obtain the necessary financing or in the face of a financial blockage
"Under the weight of pain, I have recourse to you Saint Rita, so powerful with God, with the certainty of being granted.
Free my poor heart from the anguish that oppresses it, and restore peace to my burdened spirit.
You who have been established by God as the advocate of desperate causes, obtain for me the grace to have sufficient financial resources to meet my needs / to see my project through.
If my sins are an obstacle to the fulfillment of my prayers, obtain for me the grace of repentance and forgiveness in the sacrament of reconciliation.
Do not let me shed bitter tears any longer.
O Lord, reward my hope in you, and I will make known everywhere the greatness of your mercy towards the afflicted.
O Rita, admirable spouse of the Crucified One who gave you one of the thorns of his crown,
help me to live and die well."
6- Prayer to Saint Anthony to confide my desire for commitment as a couple (getting married, starting a family ...)
"Great friend Saint Anthony, you who are the protector of lovers, look at me, my life, my desires.
Defend me from dangers, keep away from me failures, disillusions, disenchantments.
Make me realistic, confident, dignified and cheerful.
May I know how to walk looking to the future and to life together with the sacred vocation of founding a family.
May my relationship be happy and my love without measure.
May all lovers seek mutual understanding, communion of life and growth in faith.
Amen"
7- Psalm 20, to ask for the blessing of your project
"May the Lord answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you.
May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion.
May he remember all your sacrifices and accept your burnt offerings.
May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.
May we shout for joy over your victory and lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the Lord grant all your requests.
Now this I know: The Lord gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand.
Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.
They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm.
Lord, give victory to the king! Answer us when we call!"
