"Be on your guard! If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.And if he wrongs you seven times in one day and returns to you seven times saying, ‘I am sorry,' you should forgive him.”(Luke, 17,3-4)

Forgiveness, correction, confession are precious gifts offered by the Church and are worth rediscovering! I take the habit - or resume it – to take time every night for a brief examination of conscience. Do I fully apprehend the power of reconciliation? Do I need to apologize to anyone or go to confession this week?

Today let us pray for the souls of military, law enforcement and rescue forces.

Prayer to Our Lady of Montligeon

Our Lady of Deliverance, Have compassion on all our departed, Specially those who are in most need of the Lord's mercy. Intercede for all those who have gone before us So that God's purifying love may be fulfilled in them. May our petition, in union with the prayer of the Church, Secure for them the joy that surpasses all understanding, And bring consolation as well as comfort to our afflicted brothers and sisters. Mother of the Church, assist us during our pilgrimage on earth, to better ourselves on our daily journey towards the Resurrection. Heal the wounds of our hearts and souls. Make of us witnesses to the Invisible One, Already striving toward the good that eye has not seen. Grant us the grace to become apostles of hope for our brothers and sisters here on earth, Akin to sentinels awaiting dawn. Refuge of sinners and Queen of all Saints, Gather us all together one day, for the Eternal Easter, In communion with God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen.

Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer everyone. Col 4:6
