Therese knew she was the smallest. Near her "king", her beloved father, she understood how love lowers itself, she let Jesus love her. The heart of the little ones becomes the place of the greatest love.
Therese, educator of the most humble souls, being the youngest among your siblings, you did not fear your fragility. You knew that God's love lowers itself to us. The Father lifts you up against his heart. You invite me to love my poverty. Then I will discover the Lord's free love. All the little ones, your friends, you lead them to the Father.
Take a moment to treasure up all these things and ponder them in your heart (cf Luke 2,19)
Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer everyone. Col 4:6
