From the depths of the abyss, I cried out to You Lord, Listen to my voice,

May your ears become attentive to the voice of my prayer.

If you take into account all of our iniquities, Lord, who would be able to survive before you?

But you are full of Mercy and I hope in you, Lord, because of your Law.

My soul relied on Your Word: my soul put all her trust in the Lord.

From morning until night, Israel hopes in the Lord,

As in the Lord is Mercy and abundant redemption.

It is He who delivers Israel of all her iniquities.

Give them, Lord, eternal rest.

And let the Eternal Light shine upon them
