Who is the Virgin of Guadalupe?

The Virgin of Guadalupe, very much venerated on the American continent, is a virgin portrayed pregnant. She represents motherhood, tenderness and femininity itself.

In 1910, St. Pius X declares and constitutes Our Lady of Guadalupe, as the Holy Patroness of Latin America. In 1946, Pius XII declares Our Lady of Guadalupe as Patroness of the Americas.

When shall we pray to her?

This novena to the Virgin of Guadalupe will be prayed during the nine days preceding December 12th, which is the feast of our Lady of Guadalupe.

For which intentions?
